This is really depressing.

UVU student running for office lambasted in email for being gay

The notion that being gay means a person’s “judgment is impaired, and biased” is offensive and ridiculous. This is what impaired judgment looks like:

I could comment on the email author’s tenuous command of the English language, but why bother?

  1. This is depressing and embarrassing. Possibly, the way stupid remarks go viral these days will cause people to think before making ugly, hateful comments.

    I think this is what happens when a controlling, authoritative organization decides to target a minority. Groupthink sets in and otherwise decent people start amplifying the message being taught to them.
